Love Gone Mad

Love gone mad, a heart in despair

Torn apart by the one who doesn't care

A love unrequited, a pain unrelieved

Leaves a heart shattered and deeply grieved

The one I love, they love another

Leaving me to suffer and smother

In the agony of a love gone wrong

A heartache that feels forever long

I tried to fight it, to push it away

But my love for them only grew each day

Now I'm left with a heart full of pain

A love gone mad, driving me insane

I wish I could move on, find someone new

But my heart still beats for the one I can't pursue

A love gone mad, a heart in despair

Left with nothing but a broken love affair.

The Horror of December 19

It started off as an ordinary day,

A meeting with the bosses, come what may,

But things took a turn, a sudden twist,

As my boss attacked me in the midst.

With pointed fingers and sharpened tongue,

He berated me, my pride undone,

My heart sank low, my face turned red,

As humiliation washed over my head.

But in the midst of the chaos and shame,

I found a glimmer of hope to sustain,

For though my boss brought me to my knees,

I rose again with newfound ease.

I brushed off the pain, stood up tall,

The horror of December 19 may appall,

But it can't break me, it can't define,

For I'll come out stronger, oh so divine.

So let the end rhymes and hopeful tone,

Be a reminder that I'm not alone,

For we can rise above any attack,

And come out stronger, that's a fact.

A GRATEFUL HEART

In times of joy, or times of strife,

I've learned the value of my life,

The blessings given every day,

For which I'm grateful in every way.

I'm thankful for my family and friends,

Who lift me up and make amends,

Their love and support is ever true,

A precious gift that I'll always pursue.

I'm grateful for the simple things,

The sun that shines, the bird that sings,

The laughter of a child at play,

And the beauty of a brand-new day.

I'm thankful for the lessons learned,

The bridges built, the bridges burned,

For every challenge that I've faced,

Has taught me strength and given me grace.

And most of all, I'm grateful for grace,

For the unending love that takes my place,

For the gift of life that I've been given,

And the hope of a brighter day in heaven.

LOUD SILENCE

I scream and shout, with all my might,

But silence echoes through the night,

No ears to hear my wretched pain,

No hands to help me break the chain.

I beg and plead, for some relief,

But all around is disbelief,

No eyes to see the tears I shed,

No warmth to ease the ice-cold dread.

I fight and struggle, to be free,

But every effort's vanity,

No voice to lend me sympathy,

No soul to share my empathy.

The agony, it grips my heart,

It tears my soul, and rips apart,

No mercy shown, no love bestowed,

Just emptiness, an endless road.

So here I stand, alone and lost,

My screams now just a useless cost,

No end in sight, no hope to find,

Just loud silence, to haunt my mind.

SILENT SCREAMS

Echo through the night.

A lonely soul lost in the fight.

No one hears their desperate call,

As they stumble and they fall.

Their pain and anguish, hidden from view,

As they struggle to make it through.

Tears fall like rain, no one sees,

Their silent screams carried on the breeze.

Their heart heavy, burdened with strife,

As they navigate the ups and downs of life.

A smile on their face, a mask they wear,

As they fight through their silent despair.

But though their screams may be unheard,

Their spirit remains, unbroken and undeterred.

For in their quiet, they find their strength,

To persevere, and go to any length.

So let us hear their silent screams,

And lift them up from shattered dreams.

With love and care, we can make things right,

And help them see, the dawn of light.

For in the darkest hour of the night,

Hope remains, a beacon of light.

And with each breath, they can rise again,

Stronger, braver, and better in the end.

God always has you in mind.
Stay prayerful

Stay close
Stay in the WORD!

To the hard worker who neither feels appreciated nor honoured.

I want you to know that your commitment to your organization and your dedication to your work is truly appreciated, even if it might not always feel like it. It can be discouraging to put in so much effort day after day without feeling like your contributions are being recognized or honoured.

But please remember that your hard work does not go unnoticed. Your tireless efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the success of your organization, and without people like you who are willing to put in the time and effort, it simply wouldn't be possible.

It's important to remember that recognition and appreciation may not always come in the form of accolades or awards. It may come in the form of a job well done or the knowledge that you have made a difference in someone's life. Sometimes the greatest rewards come from within, and knowing that you have done your best and made a positive impact is truly priceless.

So, keep up the great work, stay committed to your goals, and remember that you are an important part of your organization's success. Your hard work and dedication are truly appreciated and valued, even if it may not always feel like it. Keep pushing forward, and know that your efforts are making a difference.

Employee - employer relationship is a contractual one and not based on favour or entitlement.

The relationship between an employee and his employer is often seen as one based on favour and entitlement. Employees often believe that they are entitled to certain benefits and privileges, while employers may feel that they have the upper hand in the relationship. However, it is important to remember that this relationship is actually a contractual one, based on legal agreements and obligations.

Employment contracts, whether written or verbal, outline the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. These contracts are legally binding, and both parties are obligated to fulfill their respective responsibilities as outlined in the contract. This means that the relationship between employer and employee is not based on favour, but rather on legal obligations and responsibilities.

Employers are obligated to provide their employees with a safe working environment, fair pay, and certain benefits, such as vacation time and sick leave. Employees, on the other hand, are obligated to fulfill the duties outlined in their job description, follow company policies and procedures, and provide a reasonable level of effort and productivity. These obligations are not based on favour, but rather on legal agreements and obligations.

Unfortunately, many employees and employers do not fully understand the contractual nature of their relationship, and this can lead to misunderstandings and disputes. Employees may feel that they are entitled to certain benefits or privileges, while employers may feel that employees are not fulfilling their responsibilities. These misunderstandings can often be avoided by clearly outlining the terms and conditions of the employment relationship in a written contract.

In addition to legal obligations, there are also ethical considerations that should guide the employer-employee relationship. Employers have a responsibility to treat their employees with respect and dignity, to provide a safe and healthy work environment, and to provide opportunities for growth and development. Similarly, employees have a responsibility to be honest, ethical, and respectful in their interactions with their employer and colleagues.

Ultimately, the employer-employee relationship is a contractual one, based on legal obligations and responsibilities. While there may be benefits and privileges associated with the employment relationship, these are not based on favour or entitlement. It is important for both employers and employees to understand the nature of their relationship, and to fulfill their respective obligations in a professional and ethical manner. By doing so, the employment relationship can be a positive and productive one, benefiting both parties and contributing to the success of the organization.

To the Worker Being Targeted and Falsely Accused.

I want you to know that you are not alone. Being targeted and falsely accused in the workplace can be a difficult and stressful experience, but it is important to remember that you are strong and resilient. You have the power to stay focused and rise above the situation.

First and foremost, I encourage you to take care of yourself. It is important to prioritize your mental health and well-being during this challenging time. Take time to practice self-care, whether that means taking a break to relax, seeking support from loved ones, or engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

Remember that the accusations being made against you do not define you. Your character and integrity are not determined by the false accusations being thrown your way. Stay focused on your work and continue to do your best. Keep in mind that your hard work and dedication will speak for itself.

It is also important to stay resilient in the face of adversity. The road ahead may be difficult, but remember that you have the strength to overcome it. Keep pushing forward and don't give up. Lean on your support system and know that there are people who believe in you.

Finally, I want to remind you that God is with you. He sees your struggle and will provide you with the strength you need to persevere. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust in God's plan for your life and know that He is working all things for your good.

In conclusion, stay strong and resilient, take care of yourself, and trust in God's plan for your life. Remember that you are not alone and that you have the power to overcome this challenging time. Stay focused on your work and know that better days are ahead.

May God Settle You: Finding Peace in Uncertain Times

Life is full of uncertainties. We often find ourselves in situations where we don't know what the future holds. It can be scary, overwhelming, and frustrating. However, as believers, we have a source of hope that can help us find peace in the midst of uncertainty. That source is God.

Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." When we're facing uncertainty, it's easy to become anxious and stressed. However, this verse reminds us to be still and know that God is in control. We can find peace in knowing that He is sovereign over all things and will take care of us.

Another verse that speaks to God's ability to settle us is Isaiah 26:3, which says, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you." When we trust in God, we can have peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of chaos. This verse reminds us to keep our minds fixed on God and trust in Him to bring us peace.

Philippians 4:6-7 says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." This verse is a reminder that we don't have to carry our burdens alone. We can bring our concerns to God in prayer and find peace in His presence.

Finally, 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." When we're feeling overwhelmed, we can turn to God and cast our cares on Him. He cares for us and wants us to find rest in Him.

In conclusion, the Bible is full of verses that remind us of God's power to settle us in times of uncertainty. When we're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed, we can turn to God and find peace in His presence. May God settle us in His peace, and may we trust in Him to guide us through whatever uncertainties lie ahead.
